1. Eligibility and Accounts

• - You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• - You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and device access.
• - You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• - We may suspend or restrict access if account activity appears unauthorized, abusive, or unlawful.

2. Acceptable Use

• - You may use MemeBox only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws.
• - You must not upload, create, publish, or distribute content that is unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or harmful.
• - You must not infringe third-party intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• - You must not reverse engineer, tamper with, disrupt, or interfere with app functionality.
• - You must not use automation or manipulation techniques that degrade service quality for others.

3. Subscriptions, Billing, and Cancellation

• - Paid features, subscription periods, and prices are shown in-app before purchase.
• - Payments are processed through platform billing providers (such as Apple App Store) under their terms.
• - Subscription renewal, cancellation, and refund handling may be governed by your platform provider policies.
• - You are responsible for managing subscription settings through the platform account used for purchase.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

• - You retain ownership of content you create in MemeBox, subject to rights needed to operate the service.
• - MemeBox and its branding, software, design elements, and features are protected by intellectual property laws.
• - You may not copy, resell, license, or commercially exploit the app or its proprietary elements without permission.
• - You are solely responsible for ensuring you have rights to images, text, and assets you upload or use.

5. Service Availability and Changes

• - We may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve reliability and safety.
• - We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation across all devices, regions, or networks.
• - Temporary downtime may occur for maintenance, security updates, or infrastructure events.

6. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

• - MemeBox is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• - To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
• - We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• - Our total liability for claims related to MemeBox is limited to amounts paid by you for the service, if any.

7. Termination

• - You may stop using MemeBox at any time and request account deletion where available.
• - We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, legal risk, or abuse prevention.
• - Provisions related to liability, intellectual property, and dispute terms survive termination where applicable.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, where the service operator is located, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country provide otherwise. MemeBox is made available globally through the App Store. Any dispute should first be submitted in good faith for informal resolution by contacting support.
